Tedious Task Saturday begins by attaching the tread to the wheels. Close to 1,000 set screws need to be drilled. And each tire had to have the wire bead snipped every 1/4 inch.
Drilling the holes for the rims and spokes to be attached to each wheel.
Rollin on 40s
All hands on deck again to make sure the steering is set properly into place and level before welding.GO!
Wheel is set into place to get an eye on the forks.
Looking good...
The frame, wheels and steering are nearly complete. Compact!!
